KOREAN VEGETARIAN KIMCHI RAMEN | 家常蔬食~韩式泡菜拉面 ~

大家好!
近来工作比较忙碌,有时忙起来不知道要吃什么。看看冰箱里有盒韩国泡菜,我之前在超市买的。不如自己下厨煮碗热乎乎的泡菜拉面,这几天都一直下雨,也可以暖暖胃!
今天就让我和你们分享这道家常蔬食,韩式泡菜拉面。

Hello everybody!
Recently I have been quite busy for a project drawings submission, sometimes I have no idea what to eat and loss appetize to eat during working hours.
I checked my fridge where I saw a box of Korean Kimchi which I bought from supermarket last week. It’s better to cook a bowl of hot kimchi noodles during this raining day, and warm my stomach, and increase my appetizer.
Let me share with you my home-cooked vegetable dish, Korean Vegetarian Kimchi Ramen.

材料很简单。例如:韩式拉面,小白菜,金针菇,豆腐,韩国泡菜,和芫荽。

The ingredients are very simple which include Korean Ramen, Xiao Bai Cai, Enoki Mushrooms, tofu, Korean Kimchi and corianders.

首先,把小白菜,金针菇,和芫荽清洗一下,然后切好。水煮沸腾后,就可以放入韩式拉面,煮3-4分钟。然后,捞起来放入碗里。

First, rinse Enoki Mushrooms, Xiao Bai Cai, and coriander. After the water boiling, you can put in the Korean Ramen and cook for 3-4 minutes. Then scoop it out and put into a bowl.

然后就可以开始煮泡菜汤。水煮沸腾后,就可以放入韩式拉面的味增包,还有泡菜,煮2分钟。再放入金针菇,小白菜,和豆腐,再煮2分钟,就可以上菜了。

Then you can start cooking Kimchi soup. After the water has boiled, add in Korean Ramen condiment pack, and Kimchi to cook for 2 minutes. Then add in Enoki mushrooms, Xiao Bai Cai, and tofu to cook for 2 minutes before it is ready to be served.

上菜后,加点芫荽,点缀一下这碗韩式泡菜拉面,就可以慢慢享用了。

After serving, add some coriander to garnish this Korean Kimchi Ramen, then can enjoy it slowly.

幸福其实很简单。下雨天,煮一碗热乎乎的韩式泡菜拉面,暖暖胃。

Happiness is actually very simple. Just cook a bowl of Korean Vegetarian Kimchi Ramen to warm my stomach on rainy days.
