你们喜欢吃苦瓜吗?很多朋友告诉我说他们不喜欢吃苦瓜,苦瓜很苦,不好吃。但我却不觉得。我觉得它和其他食材煮起来,干香味十足,蛮好吃的。
昨天我到了附近巴刹买菜时发现菜农进了很多新鲜的苦瓜,就买了一条苦瓜和一些菜回家。今天中午天气很炎热,我想吃点清淡的午餐,就煮了一碗药材苦瓜豆腐米粉汤。
今天就让我和你们分享这家常蔬食,药材苦瓜豆腐米粉汤。

Hello everybody!
Do you like to eat bitter gourd? Many friends told me that they do not like to eat bitter gourd, which is taste bitter and not tasty. But I don’t think so. I think it is yummy and healthy when cooked with other ingredients.
Yesterday I went to a nearby market to buy vegetables. I found that the vegetable farmers had bought a lot of fresh bitter gourd. So I bought one bitter gourd and some other vegetables home. It was very hot today afternoon. I wanted to have a light lunch. Therefore I cooked a bowl of herbal bitter gourd tofu rice noodle soup.
Let me share with you my home-cooked vegetarian meal, HERBAL BITTER GOURD TOFU MEEHOON SOUP.

材料很简单。米粉,苦瓜,猴头菇,豆腐,西兰花,姜片,金针菇,枸杞子,当归和芫荽。调味品有,香菇粉,麻油,五香粉,胡椒粉,和盐。

The ingredients are very simple. Meehoon, bitter gourd, Lion Mane mushrooms, tofu, broccoli, ginger slides, Enoki mushroom, wolfberries, angelica and corianders. Condiments include mushroom powder, sesame oil, five-spice powder, pepper powder, and salt. Wolfberries and Angelica are common Chinese herbal good for eyes and blood circulation.

首先,把所有蔬菜和菇类清洗一下,然后切好。水煮沸了,就放入米粉,煮5分钟。然后捞起,放入碗里,加少许麻油。然后就可以准备煮药材苦瓜豆腐汤。

First, rinse all vegetables and mushrooms, and then cut into small pieces. The water is boiled, add the Meehoon and cook for 5 minutes. Then scoop it up, put it in a bowl, and add a little sesame oil. Then you can prepare to cook the herbal bitter gourd tofu soup.

水煮沸了,就可以开始放入猴头菇,姜片和当归,煮5分钟。

When the water is boiled, can start adding Lion Mane mushrooms, ginger slides and Angelica, to cook for 5 minutes.

然后放入苦瓜,西兰花,金针菇,和豆腐,然后加少许香菇粉,五香粉,胡椒粉和盐,继续煮3-4分钟。

Then add bitter gourd, broccoli, Enoki mushrooms, and tofu, then add a little mushroom powder, five-spice powder, a little of pepper powder and salt to continue cook for 3-4 minutes.

最后,放入枸杞子,煮1分钟,就可以上菜了。

Lastly, put in wolfberries, to cook for 1 minute. Then it is ready to be served.

上菜后,加点芫荽,点缀一下这碗药材苦瓜豆腐米粉汤。

After serving, add some corianders to decorate this bowl of herbal bitter guard tofu Meehoon soup.
