Do you like to eat vegetarian food? Many friends said why I want to be vegetarian, as they think vegetarian dishes is very simple, and the price is quite costly too. But for me, it is easier to digest and it is environmentally friendly. During the pandemic, we should taking vegetarian food and reduce the animal product.
A few days ago, I went to a supermarket to buy cheese vegetarian sausage. Today, let me share with you this home-cooked vegetable dish, Cheesy Vegan Sausage Dry Vege Noodles. The ingredients include cheesy vegan sausage, King Oyster mushrooms, Naibai, lettuce, eggplant, radish, chili, coriander, and steamed noodles. The condiments are: Shacha BBQ sauce, sesame oil, vegetarian oyster oil, mushroom powder, salt, and pepper.
First, rinse King Oyster mushroom, Naibai, cabbage, eggplant, radish, chili and coriander.
Then cut into small pieces. After the water boiling, can put in steamed noodles to cook for 4 mins. And then scoop the steamed noodles into a bowl.
Add some Shacha BBQ sauce, sesame oil, and vegetarian oyster sauce, stir well to make dry steamed noodles. Then can start to grill vegetarian cheesy sausages with vegetables and grilled cheese. Sprinkle a little chili powder on the vegetarian cheesy sausages, then put in the oven and bake for 5 minutes.
After the water has boiled, add the King Oyster Mushrooms and radish, and cook for one minute. Then put in eggplants for cook for one to two minutes. Then put in Naibai and cabbages, add some mushroom powder, salt, and pepper, and cook for one minute before serving.
After serving, add some corianders and chili to enhance the color presentation of this Cheesy Vegan Sausage Dry Vege Noodles.
