¡Hola a todos! Espero se encuentren excelente en este día. Por aquí recordando lo que fue el último viaje a Buenos Aires con mi hermana menor, mi única hermana mujer, que me acompañó a cambiar los pasajes de Bahamas porque se habían equivocado en una letra de mi nombre, y cuando llamé para consultar, me dijeron que tenía que cambiarlos en la casa Central de Copa Airlines, asique no me quedó otra que viajar para hacer ese trámite.
Gracias a Dios mi hermana accedió, porque yo soy muy mala para manejarme sola en Buenos Aires, aunque ahora con las app que hay es imposible perderse.

Around here remembering what was the last trip to Buenos Aires with my younger sister, my only female sister, who accompanied me to change the Bahamas tickets because they had made a mistake in a letter of my name, and when I called to consult, they told me I had to change them at the Copa Airlines Headquarters, so I had no choice but to travel to do this procedure.
Thank God my sister agreed, because I am very bad to handle myself in Buenos Aires, although now with the apps that there are it is impossible to get lost.

Corría el mes de julio del año 2018 y llovía muchísimo como podrán ver, el día estaba muy gris y con mucha humedad, era muy difícil caminar, asique decidimos tomarnos un tren y un subte hasta Puerto Madero, donde tenía que hacer el trámite.
En el camino nos divertimos muchísimo porque lo que no somos bichos de ciudad, sino más bien de pueblo, la ciudad es como que nos abruma un poco, tantos autos, tantos buses, tanta gente, tanto todo y a veces hasta nos perdemos de tan grande que es la ciudad de Buenos Aires y tenemos que estar retrocediendo y retomando caminos, es todo un desafío andar por Buenos Aires!
Aún así llegamos a destino, hicimos el trámite y nos dispusimos a pasear un rato, anduvimos por el puerto, sacamos unas fotografías allí, luego fuimos a almorzar a un lugar muy lindo y luego emprendimos el viaje para encontrarnos con nuestro amigo ecuatoriano Javier que estudia un post grado para Biólogos en la UBA y nos había invitado a tomar unas cervecitas.
Esa historia quedará para otro post. Así les cuento sobre nuestro amigo y todo lo que nos divertimos los tres juntos!
It was the month of July 2018 and it was raining a lot as you can see, the day was very gray and humid, it was very difficult to walk, so we decided to take a train and a subway to Puerto Madero, where I had to do the paperwork.
On the way we have a lot of fun because what we are not city bugs, but rather town, the city is like it overwhelms us a little, so many cars, so many buses, so many people, so much everything and sometimes we even get lost in so big which is the city of Buenos Aires and we have to be going backwards and taking up roads, it is quite a challenge to walk through Buenos Aires!
Even so, we arrived at our destination, we did the procedure and got ready to walk for a while, we walked through the port, we took some pictures there, then we went to have lunch in a very nice place and then we started the trip to meet our Ecuadorian friend Javier who studies a graduate degree for Biologists at the UBA and he had invited us to have a few beers.
That story will be left for another post. This is how I tell you about our friend and all the fun the three of us had together!

Les cuento que Puerto Madero es una de las partes más lindas y más caras de la ciudad de Buenos Aires, ya que cuenta con una infraestructura renovada donde alberga oficinas, restaurantes y lugares de negocios para los que trabajan en los edificios de los alrededores que no son ni más ni menos que empresas multinacionales.
En el puerto, además de encontrar esos bellos barcos, veleros, yates, y muchas embarcaciones, también encontramos el Puente de La Mujer, un monumento que sinceramente no le encuentro el sentido, porque tiene una forma muy fálica, lo cual me recuerda al Obelisco pero dispuesto de una forma diferente. Podrán verlo al fondo de una de las fotografías.
Ese mismo día estuvimos por el centro porteño, más precisamente en La Plaza de Mayo, frente a Casa Rosada, es donde están los representantes del Poder Ejecutivo de la República Argentina. Allí están los despachos del Presidente y Vicepresidente de la nación. En el edificio se encuentran emblemas de ex presidentes por ser Museo Histórico de la Casa de Gobierno. Ubicado en la calle Balcarce N°50 del barrio de Monserrat.
En frente se encuentra la emblemática Plaza de Mayo, históricamente recordada por LAS MADRES DE PLAZA DE MAYO, quienes luego de los incidentes de la tan famosa DICTADURA MILITAR, se agruparon para pedir por sus hijos y nietos desaparecidos, colocándose en forma de protesta el pañuelo blanco en sus cabezas, pañuelo que luego representaría a todas las madres que piden hasta el día de hoy JUSTICIA por sus hijos y nietos.
Además como podrán apreciar y como ya todos sabrán, las manifestaciones en Argentina son muy comunes, y es normal ver grupos de personas protestando por alguna causa frente a la Casa Rosada ya que allí se tocan esos asuntos.
A mí en lo particular me gusta mucho mirar las edificaciones antiguas, los cascos de los edificios, además la humedad le da un toque de New York a las fotos. Según muchos que conocen ambas ciudades dicen que son muy parecidas, ninguna de las dos DUERME. Hay constante movimiento las 24 horas del día y eso no es para cualquiera.
A mí déjenme en el medio del Bosque que acá estoy genial! Jajajajajaja Espero les haya gustado mi post, este fue el último viaje que hice con mi hermana y no lo olvidaré jamás!

That same day we were in downtown Buenos Aires, more precisely in La Plaza de Mayo, in front of Casa Rosada, where the representatives of the Executive Power of the Argentine Republic are. There are the offices of the President and Vice President of the nation. In the building there are emblems of former presidents for being the Historical Museum of the Government House. Located at 50 Balcarce Street in the Monserrat neighborhood.
In front of it is the emblematic Plaza de Mayo, historically remembered by LAS MADRES DE PLAZA DE MAYO, who after the incidents of the so famous MILITARY DICTATORSHIP, gathered to ask for their missing children and grandchildren, putting on the handkerchief in protest form white on their heads, a scarf that would later represent all the mothers who ask for JUSTICE for their children and grandchildren to this day.
In addition, as you can see and as everyone will know, demonstrations in Argentina are very common, and it is normal to see groups of people protesting for some cause in front of the Casa Rosada since these issues are discussed there.
I particularly like to look at the old buildings, the hulls of the buildings, also the humidity gives a touch of New York to the photos.
