Decidí hacer éste post para no rechazar la invitación de la creadora de un concurso al cual no he podido participar porque he tenido una semana super ocupada y dedicaba mis ratos libres a otro compromiso que había tomado previamente en esta comunidad.
Pero como me encantó la idea, decidí tomarlo como una iniciativa, para no quedarme con las ganas!
La consigna era crear un maquillaje o look, inspirado en tu color, ese que te identifica, o el que mejor te sienta, o el que te hace sentir mas comodo.

Mi color preferido, para ser especifico, es el cian.
Este color lleva una contradicción en si mismo y no por su propia culpa. Hay personas que lo persiven como un color primario, necesario, basico. Y tambien hay muchisimas personas que directamente no lo conocen. Por lo que, para evitar una conversación demasiado larga sobre el color favorito, utilizo a su primo hermano como sustituto. El azul.
Cian, azul, celeste, toda su gama me fascina! Todas sus tonalidades, sus combinaciones, sus complementos, todo. Suelo utilizarlo en casi todas mis creaciones, ya sea maquillaje, pintura, dibujo, y eso.
No podria decir exactamente qué es lo que atrae de este color, pero me transmite una linda energía.
My favorite color, to be specific, is cyan.

Bien, para éste maquillaje, comencé quitandole relieve a mis cejas utilizando un pegamento en barra.
Luego maquillé una capa bien cargada de blanco en la zona de mis ojos, simulando un antifaz (cubriendo las cejas inclusive).
Luego, sobre ésta base blanca, comencé a dibujar con un pincel "lengua de gato" y maquillaje azul turquesa, los tipicos diseños de las vasijas de porcelana china.
Well, for this makeup, I started by debossing my brows using a glue stick. Then I made up a layer well loaded with white in the area of my eyes, simulating a mask (covering the eyebrows included).Then, on this white base, I began to draw with a brush "cat's tongue" and turquoise blue makeup, the typical designs of Chinese porcelain vessels.
Maquillé también mis parpados, oscureciendolo con negro en los extremos.
Volviendo al antifaz, trazé unadelgada linea negra sobre todo el contorno de éste. Luego esfuminé esa linea para dar la impresión de sombra.
Para finalizar tambien maquillé mis labios con esta misna tecnica. Fondo blanco, sombras celestes y el mismo patron del antifaz.
Y este fue el resultado!
I also made up my eyelids, darkening them with black at the ends. Returning to the mask, I drew a thin black line over the entire outline of it. Then I blurred that line to give the impression of shadow.To finish, I also made up my lips with this same technique. White background, light blue shadows and the same pattern as the mask.
And this was the result!
