Hoy, mis queridos amigos, les vengo a compartir sobre algo muy interesante, que me pasó hace unos días, y es que había salido el carro, para una reunión con unos amigos, resulta que al día siguiente, que fui a llevar a mi esposa al trabajo, empezó a sonar en la parte izquierda del carro, cuando me baje, me di cuenta de que la pastilla de freno de ese lado se había volado.
Pero solo la parte externa, eso me preocupó mucho, porque pensé que no podía frenar el carro, pero sí podía, solo que podía desgastar el disco de freno. Aunque ya estaba en la calle, tenía que terminar de hacer más diligencias.
Lo que hice primero fue aprovechar para comprar las pastillas, luego de que más tuve, tenía que ir a casa de mis suegros porque no tenía las herramientas para hacer este cambio de pastillas, pero en casa de los suegros es muy lejos, pero me fui con cuidado y frenando mayormente con el freno de mano.
Al llegar, lo primero que hice fue decirle a mi suegro lo que me había pasado, aunque yo podía verlo hecho aquí en el apartamento solo que no tenía las herramientas, cuando quitamos el caucho vimos la cuestión más de cerca.
Se quitaron algunos de los tornillos que sujetan el freno, con un destornillador se abrió lo que comprime las pastillas y allí se liberaron las mismas, o bueno, en este caso la que está a en la parte interna.
Saque las pastillas nuevas y las presentamos, del lado interno la pastilla quedaba bien, pero del lado de afuera, no queda bien puesta, y aquí quiero aclarar una cosa y es que el disco está desgastado, y mucho ya le sale cambio por uno nuevo.
Ya estoy averiguando para ir a comprar y ponerse los también, en los dos lados, esto lo hicimos así por la emergencia y poder hacer todas las diligencias que me tocaba hacer, bueno para continuar no encajaba bien, por el desgaste, lo que hicimos fue, le dije al suegro que cambiamos la pastilla interior vieja y ponerla por el otro lado, y así la colocamos encajaba mejor, y la pastilla nueva quedó del otro lado como pueden ver en la foto.
Después empezamos a armar todos, y le hicimos el proceso de purgar para que el freno pudiera agarrar bien cuando frenará, al hacer esto colocamos el caucho aseguramos los pernos de seguridad y listo.
Pronto les estaré trayendo, la parte donde montaré los discos nuevos después de que los compré, para estar más tranquilo con la seguridad de tener unos frenos al día.

Today, my dear friends, I come to share with you something very interesting that happened to me a few days ago, and it is that I had left the car for a meeting with friends, it turns out that the next day, I went to take my wife to work, it began to sound on the left side of the car, when I got off, I realized that the brake pad on that side had been blown.
But only the external part, that worried me a lot, because I thought I could not brake the car, but I could, only that I could wear out the brake disc. Although I was already on the street, I had to finish doing more errands.
What I did first was to take advantage to buy the pads, after I had more, I had to go to my in-laws house because I did not have the tools to make this change of pads, but in-laws house is very far, but I went carefully and braking mostly with the hand brake.
Upon arrival, the first thing I did was to tell my father-in-law what had happened to me, although I could see it done here in the apartment just did not have the tools, when we removed the rubber we saw the issue more closely.
We removed some of the screws that hold the brake, with a screwdriver we opened what compresses the pads and there we freed them, or well, in this case the one that is on the inside.
I took out the new pads and we presented them, on the inner side the pad was fine, but on the outer side, it does not fit well, and here I want to clarify one thing and that is that the disc is worn, and a lot of it is already being replaced by a new one.
I'm already figuring out to go to buy and put the also, on both sides, this we did so for the emergency and to do all the errands that I had to do, well to continue it did not fit well, by wear, what we did was, I told the father-in-law that we change the old inner pad and put it on the other side, and so we put it fit better, and the new pad was on the other side as you can see in the photo.
Then we started to put them all together, and we did the bleeding process so that the brake could grip well when braking, when we did this we placed the rubber, secured the safety bolts and that was it.
Soon I will be bringing you, the part where I will mount the new discs after I bought them, to be more relaxed with the security of having up to date brakes.
