hello all automotive lover friends!!
How many machines have you guys finished today, my work today is almost done.

There is only one more task that I have to complete, this is also the only part of the cylinder head that was brought to my workshop.
because the owner of my motorbike really likes the automotive world to the point that the motorbike engine itself is dismantled at home without our help.

but in the cylinder head section, it is not recommended to make your own modifications if there is no experience and knowledge, in the header cylinder section it is very complicated and even the slightest error can be fatal.

He brought this header cylinder to the place where I worked with several complaints, leaking compression, loose spark plugs, and leaking valve cap seals, this header cylinder is also very unique and not many dare to do something like this in the header cylinder, it is very risky to break if you guys are not experienced in modif in cylinder kop.

one of the common damage to the cylinder head is a broken exhaust fastener bolt, almost all motorcycles in the 2000s have experienced something like this.

how to fix it is very easy and don't panic, the way is to simply provide 10 bolts or crankcase bolts that you no longer use, then weld the bolt to the part of the broken bolt on the inside, weld slowly until the bolt is firmly connected, then rotate it slowly to the left or open.

if that method fails, there is still one more way, namely by making holes or matches the broken bolt using an electric drill and after the bolt is successfully drilled, use a tool to make a bolt holder or what we call a re-drain tool.

only two ways that I know and I've tried.

proceed to the spark plug holes, valve rings or valve valves, and valve bottles or valve holes.

Now I have remade this part of the spark plug hole by first matching the hole with a size of 17mm and then inserting a bolt that is larger than the size of the base hole so that when making the thread it is easy

used valve bottles or valve bosses, I have removed this from the hole that should have been because this bottle is already loose and cannot be reused.

there is no way to outsmart this valve bottle part, the only way is to replace a new one, the method is also very easy and easy to do yourself at home,
the way is to prepare a nail whose size is larger than the valve stem, knock firmly so that the valve bottle comes out, that's my easy way, right.
