If after the ignition is On, there is no sound such as a vibration or the sound is very small, then it indicates that the fuel pump is weak or abnormal.

In comparison, when the fuel pump is still in good condition, it will buzz loudly as soon as the ignition is on.

And secondly, the Injection Indicator Light located on the instrument panel will be Flashing

If your motorcycle has a flash on the check engine light, it's a very clear sign that your motorcycle is in trouble.

However, if the damaged fuel pump does not always come out with a flashing on the instrument panel, the orange light is an indicator light that detects a motor failure in the injection system.

If there is a problem with the sensor or motor injection system, the orange light will light up and blink.

When the ignition is in the on position, the orange light will light up for less than 0.5 seconds and will turn off again.

If the orange light is on, the ECM or commonly known as CDI will detect damage to the sensor and injection system.

If there is no damage, the orange light will turn off as quickly as possible and not blink.

If this orange light flashes and is accompanied by some of the above symptoms, then it is clear that your motor fuel pump must be replaced as soon as possible.

Replacing the fuel pump requires removing a few bolts and the cover on the gas tank, it's a bit tricky.

You can do a rotak replacement at a subscription repair shop or even replace it yourself at home, if you have a complete key.
