Perspiration; A Key To Achieve Good Body Shape

We are edging towards the end of August and gearing up for a new month. We thank God for the gift of life. Arguably, August has been a great month for the crypto communities. Many new crypto records were set in the month where tokens or coins like SOL, ADA, C98, BPT... reaching ATH. The NFTs keep going crazy and the TVL on the Solana chain surged above $3B. It’s been a bullish month and we hope the great trends continue in September.

The pictures seen here are the fitness and exercises photo from the last Saturday of the great month. We hope you like the awesome photos attached to the post. The pictures were taken with iPhone 7+ and this is the best device we've used so far to capture training activities.

We are ecstatic that the gear we purchased with the GRAPE (Great Ape) donation earlier this month has all be received. Right now, we are discussing the perfect time to unveil all the gear. It’s raining over here almost every day so we have to chose a day for unveiling the gear wisely. We hope we can do this in the coming week as we can't wait to let you see what we purchased.

Someone asked about the drill video we always share regularly then that is why it's been halted. A truism, it's been a long we shared our drill video and we wish we could start sharing the videos back very soon. The AGFA drill channel has not been active. This is not our fault, the Laptop we used for editing got spoilt and since then we haven't got a new one as a good Laptop with good specs is costly but we have it in mind to purchase a new Laptop once we have the opportunity and start sharing our training videos regularly.

We always work hard in the academy and always striving to keep pushing the academy forward. It’s not easy but your kind words and supports are what is motivating us to keep on pushing on. We have a wonderful and disciplined team. Everyone in the team works harder and smarter on their goals.

Exercises are good for the body, everybody knows this. Our boys are hardworking in training. The exercises we did on Saturday can all be seen in this post. We started the exercises with jogging and moved onto different ones. Exercises are needed for the body either you're a sportsperson or not because exercises keep you active and put you in a good shape.

The photo above shows two boys doing Get-up exercises. The getup exercises help to build a flat and strong tummy as well as six-packs. When playing ball, if a shot is fired to your stomach, you will feel it lesser than those that don't do the get-up exercise. So it's highly recommended to always do the exercises.

These are exercises to stretch out the stress on your legs after a few minutes of exercise. Exercises are not easy to do but when you remember the statements No pain, No gain you will understand that you have to go through certain pains to achieve what you desire. Perspiration is the key to success in anything you do.
