Hoy les quiero compartir las primeras hamburguesas que he echo en casa.
En otras ocasiones he realizado Perros Calientes ''Hot Dogs'' pero hamburguesas nunca.
Anoche quise consentir un poco a mi esposo y decidí hacer estas hamburguesas.
Compramos lo siguiente:
- Jamón de Pavo
- Queso Mozzarela
- Carne Molida
- Lechuga
- Tomate
- Mayonesa
- Ketchup
- Mostaza
- Papas fritas
- Salsa de soya para la carne
- Cubitos sazonadores
Ahora les explico paso a paso como hice todo.

Today I want to share with you the first hamburgers I have made at home.
In other occasions I have made Hot Dogs but never hamburgers.
Last night I wanted to spoil my husband a little and decided to make these burgers.
We bought the following:
- Turkey Ham
- Mozzarella Cheese
- Ground Beef
- Lettuce
- Tomato
- Mayonnaise
- Ketchup
- Mustard
- French fries
- Soy sauce for meat
- Seasoning cubes
Now I will explain step by step how I did everything.
Lo primero que hice fue colocar la carne molida en una taza y añadir; 2 huevos, medio cubito, dos cucharadas de Salsa de Soya, una cucharada de mostaza y una pizca de Sal.
Al aplicar todo esto comencé a mezclar con el tenedor, cuando vi que todo estaba casi integrado por completo, usé mis manos, amasé la carne y luego hice las hamburguesas.
Para armarlas hice una bola de carne y luego las aplasté con cuidado y las coloqué en el sarten con aceite y lo tapé para que el calor se concentrara en el sarten.
The first thing I did was to place the ground beef in a bowl and add; 2 eggs, half a cube, two tablespoons of Soy Sauce, a tablespoon of mustard and a pinch of Salt.
When I applied all this I began to mix with a fork, when I saw that everything was almost completely integrated, I used my hands, kneaded the meat and then I made the hamburgers.
To assemble them I made a ball of meat and then I flattened them carefully and placed them in the pan with oil and covered it so that the heat would be concentrated in the pan.
Cuando la carne estuvo lista le coloqué una rebanada de queso mozzarella encima para que se derritiera.
Mientras se derretía el queso coloque las salsas en unos vasos para aplicarla mas cómodamente en las hamburguesas, les añadí un poco de agua para hacerla mas liquida y manejarla mejor.
La carne estuvo lista así que era momento de comenzar a crear nuestras hamburguesas.
Comencé abriendo los panes justo a la mitad.
Añadí las salsas a los panes; primero la salsa roja, luego la mayonesa y de último la mostaza.
When the meat was ready I placed a slice of mozzarella cheese on top so it would melt.
While the cheese was melting I put the sauces in some glasses to apply it more comfortably on the burgers, I added a little water to make it more liquid and handle it better.
The meat was ready so it was time to start creating our burgers.
I started by opening the buns right in the middle.
I added the sauces to the buns; first the red sauce, then the mayonnaise and finally the mustard.
Los panes ya tenían salsas así que añadí la lechuga y las rodajas de tomate que previamente ya había lavado muy bien.
Después de añadir los vegetales coloqué una carne en cada pan.
Les coloqué también una rodaja de jamón de pavo.
Encima del jamón añadí las papas fritas que le dan un toque crujiente a las hamburguesas.
The breads already had sauces so I added the lettuce and the tomato slices that I had previously washed very well.
After adding the vegetables I placed a meat in each loaf.
I also placed a slice of turkey ham.
On top of the ham I added the french fries that give a crunchy touch to the hamburgers.
Encima de las papas fritas ¡más salsas!
Tapé las hamburguesas con la otra mitad del pan y estaban listas nuestras hamburguesas.
Se veían inmensas, le entregué a mi novio las suyas junto a un vaso de refresco y nos sentamos a ver tv mientas comíamos las hamburguesas.
Quedaron deliciosas, los invito a preparar hamburguesas en familia♥.

On top of the fries, more sauces!
I covered the burgers with the other half of the bun and our burgers were ready.
They looked huge, I handed mine to my boyfriend with a glass of soda and we sat down to watch TV while we ate the burgers.
