I have decided to participate in the initiative announced by @chaodietas, since my health condition is vulnerable due to late nights attending my daughter. An action that made me ask hard for my mother's food and her attentions to heal my body and soul.

Hola, queridos amigos de la comunidad @hivefood. He decidido participar en la iniciativa anunciada por @chaodietas, ya que, mi estado de salud está vulnerable por trasnochos en atender a mi hija. Acción que me hizo pedir con ahínco la comida de mi madre y sus atenciones para sanar mi cuerpo y alma.

It all started early Thursday morning, my daughter had a fever, however, I decided to calm down because the negative ideas decided to appear and I immediately cancelled them. As a mother, I dedicated myself to take care of my child, to please her with whatever she asked for and especially with food that she craved. This led me to evoke memories of my mother, who lovingly healed me with a meal and her company.
Todo empezó temprano el jueves por la mañana, mi hija tenía fiebre, sin embargo, decidí calmarme porque las ideas negativas decidieron aparecer y las cancelé inmediatamente. Como madre, me dediqué a cuidar de mi hija, a complacerla con todo lo que pedía y especialmente con la comida que ansiaba. Esto me llevó a evocar recuerdos de mi madre, que amorosamente me sanó con comida y su compañía.
I made my little girl a simple chicken soup that she asked for, I added the necessary vegetables, corn flour balls and banana. Some may think the combination is strange but it is an oriental (Sucre) taste from Venezuela. Again, I remembered my mother preparing me a little soup to lift my spirits; colorful looking, painted with vegetables and branches; as it boiled the smells traveled with me and I began to savor the past. I could hear her footsteps and her voice telling me that the soup is served, but her company was the perfect fusion of the soul. It strengthened the soul because the liquid has the necessary nutrients and the rest of the ingredients and mother's affection will make you better.
Le preparé a mi niña una sopa sencilla de pollo que pidió, le agregué los vegetales necesarios, bolitas de harina de maíz y banana. Algunos pensaran que es rara la combinación pero es un gusto oriental (Sucre) de Venezuela. Nuevamente, recordé a mi madre preparándome una sopita que levantara el ánimo; de apariencia colorida, pintada con verduras y ramas; al hervir los olores viajaban hasta mí y empiezo a saborear el pasado. Pude escuchar sus pasos y su voz para decirme que está servida la sopa, pero su compañía era la fusión perfecta para el alma. Se fortalecía el alma porque el líquido posee los nutrientes necesarios y el resto de los ingredientes y el afecto de madre te mejoran.
Amanda is also programmed with acts of love, she already knows that mother's food soothes her; the broth helped her to recover her strength, and her soul celebrated. The soup together with a mother's love are alternatives to heal the soul; an act that implies tenderness that repairs the organism and nourishes the spirit, because what is elaborated based on love for a loved one heals cells.
Amanda también está programada con actos de cariños, ya sabe que la comida de mamá la alivia; el caldo le ayudó a recuperar fuerzas, y su alma festejaba. La sopa junto con el amor de madre son alternativas para sanar el alma; un acto que implica ternura reparadora del organismo y alimenta el espíritu, porque lo elaborado a base de amor para un ser querido cura células.
The gesture of offering the soup is a guarantee that you will be better; the meal is an invitation to strengthen relationships and heal the person you love and wish for a vigorous soul. The expression Soup Empowers the Soul, has a direct healing message from the divine hands of the one who serves the mixture of powerful ingredients in the food that elevates the soul; an intangible state, but perceptible in the change of positive attitude of the loved one who was destabilized in a journey.
El gesto de ofrecer la sopa es garantía que estarás mejor; la comida es una invitación de estrechar relaciones y sanar a la persona que amas y vigorosa el alma. La expresión el Caldo Repotencia el Alma, tiene un mensaje directo sanador de las manos divinas de quien sirve la mezcla de poderosos ingredientes en la comida que elevan el alma; un estado intangible, pero perceptible en el cambio de actitud positiva del ser amado que se desestabilizó en una jornada.
I say goodbye with a hot lemonade that contains healing properties required by my body, my emotional and spiritual state as my mother used to make it for me, and I am sure it will restore the required health.
Me despido con una limonada caliente que contiene propiedades curativas requeridas por mi cuerpo, mi estado emocional y espiritual como me la hacía mi madre, y estoy segura que restablecerá la salud requerida.
