Elton Cray is a conscious hip-hop emcee that hails from Portland, OR with a very unique and experimental style. Having E.C.'s energy at this event was great. His stage presence was live, on point, and extremely animated. Elton is the only openly gay emcee I have ever met, and I was honored to have him at the show to throw down. Diversity and variance was definitely the main theme of this release party.
