Today I’m grateful for our family and friends, two and four-legged. 😊 I’m grateful that the grey sky hasn’t brought any rain with it, things are already pretty wet out there and we don’t need it right now. 😊 I’m grateful that the hatchlings we got this spring have started to lay, it’s nice to see the new eggs as our older hens are slowing down on their laying now; it still amazes me that the hens start laying teeny, little eggs and eventually some of them end up laying the huge double yoke ones after a few months; we’re looking forward to putting some into the incubator and growing our next generation here on the homestead. 😊 I’m grateful for these and for all the other blessings in our lives. 😊 Most of all, I’m grateful to God for blessing us with another day to share. 😊
