Manchester United youngest England debutants

No doubt United is one of the team in premiership that has tremendous record in producing young talents in football world. United are know to giving young players chance to showcase thier talent and usefulness to the team and in the national team.

United has produced young talented players to the England National team more than any other team in the English Premier league.

Duncan Edwards was the first Manchester United young talented player to play in the national team, he was only 18years and 183days old when he made his debut during an international match against Scotland in 1955.

Phil Neville is also one of the youngest Manchester United player to play for England in his teen age, he was 19years and 123days old when he appeared for England national team in a match against China in 1996. The English man registered himself as one of the best right back the Red Devils ever had under Manager Sir Alex Ferguson.

Another player to play for the Three Lions at teen age is Wes Brown. The center back was 19 years and 198days when he made his debut in a match between England and Hungary in 1997.

Meanwhile he took Lee Sharpe 19years and 305days to play for England in 1991 against the Republic of Ireland.

Mason Greenwood has also joined the board, becoming the seventh Manchester United player to make his England debut as a teenager on Saturday. Greenwood turned 18years and 339days old on Saturday in a match against Iceland. He was in action in the game though he started the game on a bench and was introduced into the game 12minutes to the the end of the match, thanks to Raheem Sterling’s injury-time penalty which earned the Three Lions 1-0 victory against Iceland.
