Banana Bread A Perfect Snack While We Enjoy The Things We Do In A Day

I baked this banana bread today made about three of them. I gave the other two loaves to my sister who lives nearby and to my brother who also is in the same place as I am. This is going to be a perfect snack while all of us are doing our own favorite things to do as we unwind after a long day

My brother was surprised to see me as I knock on his door delivering him a freshly baked loaf. I can tell the joy in his eyes. He said that he is playing a video game when I arrived and this banana bread would be a perfect snack as he plays. Well I am happy to hear that. My sister was also surprised to see me hand her share of the loaf. She will be saving half of her loaf for tomorrow for breakfast and the rest they will eat tonight with her two kids. In my case, I will enjoy the fruit of my labor as I watch some video tutorials online. Why banana bread? I do have a few bananas that are about to get over ripe and I thought that I can make them into this delicious baked goodies. I added some nuts and raisins because these will add more flavor to the bread.
