Bread soup and sausage

Anyone who has eaten bread soup has to admit that the hot steaming broth is the soul of the dish which has many layers of flavor added to it. Bread soup can be found anywhere in Vietnam with a varied range of prices. For just $1-2, you can eat a full bowl of bread soup with ingredients served with some fresh basil, coriander leaves, green leafy vegetables and blanched bean sprouts then squeeze in a few drops of lime juice. All together creates an unforgettable taste for anyone who has tried it once.😝

Bread soup definitely wakes up all your senses by a graceful balance of sweetness and sourness of sauce and the freshness of noodle and veggies. Bread soup noodle soup has been a favorite of mine for decades, It's a dish that means a lot to me, and for that reason I want to share it with you.😜 In some places, they cook broth by shrimp, broth of chicken or duck or beef. I use pork bone to make the broth for this dish because now there are only pork bones left in my fridge.🤤

  • Rice flour

  • Tapioca starch

  • Cooking oil, salt, msg

  • Sausage

  • Fresh vegetables and herbs

1. Boil the pork bones twice, the first time to clean the pork bones, the second time to boil the pork bones until they are soft (I use a pressure cooker) takes about 35 minutes. Then taste and season the broth with salt as needed.Luộc xương heo hai lần, lần thứ nhất rửa sạch xương heo, lần thứ hai ninh xương heo cho đến khi mềm (mình dùng nồi áp suất) mất khoảng 35 phút. Sau đó nêm nếm cho nước dùng theo sở thích của bạn.

2. I bought sausages at the supermarket near my house. Fry the sausages for about 2 minutes on each side over low heat. Instead of cooking the thinly-sliced sausage in the individual serving bowls, feel free to instead use beef or chicken into the stockpot of simmering broth to ensure that it is fully cooked. Wash the vegetables and chop the scallions and perilla.Mình mua xúc xích ở siêu thị gần nhà. Chiên xúc xích khoảng 2 phút mỗi mặt trên lửa nhỏ. Thay vì nấu xúc xích thái mỏng trong từng bát thay vào đó bạn có thể sử dụng thịt bò hoặc thịt gà vào nồi nước dùng đang ninh để đảm bảo rằng nó được nấu chín hoàn toàn. Các loại rau rửa sạch rồi thái nhỏ.

3. Pour rice flour and tapioca starch into a bowl, add hot water, knead the dough until the dough is soft. Add mix flour to a plastic bag, punch a small hole. On pot of boiling water, add a tablespoon of cooking oil to the pot. Drop the noodles into the pot like i do. Use chopsticks to gently stir to separate the noodles. Be careful not to break the noodles. Use chopsticks or a racket to scoop out the noodles. Drain in a strainer, then briefly rinse the noodles with cold water to prevent them from continuing to cook.Đổ bột gạo và bột năng vào tô, thêm nước nóng, nhào bột cho đến khi bột mềm. Cho bột đã trộn vào túi ni lông, đục một lỗ nhỏ. Bắc nồi nước sôi, cho một thìa dầu ăn vào nồi. Thả mì vào nồi như cách mình làm nha. Dùng đũa khuấy nhẹ để các sợi mì tách ra. Cẩn thận để không làm đứt sợi mì. Dùng đũa hoặc vợt để vớt mì ra. Để ráo trong rây, sau đó xả sơ qua nước lạnh để mì không bị chín.

4. Ladle the boiling broth, with fresh vegetable into the soup bowls over the noodles and sausage. When you're ready to serve, sprinkle the top with scallions. Top each bowl with lots and lots of garnishes, and finish with a squeeze of lime juice and chili. Enjoy!Múc nước dùng đang sôi, cho rau tươi vào tô, chan lên trên mì và xúc xích. Khi bạn đã sẵn sàng phục vụ, rắc hành lá lên trên. Cho nhiều loại rau để trang trí trên mỗi bát, và thêm nước chanh và ớt vào nhé.
