I'm still at home and every day I order food online on facebook. This is a cup of peach tea and a cup of black sugar pearl tofu that I bought this afternoon. 2 months ago, I sold black sugar pearl tofu at home, one day I sold about 20 cups, tofu pudding and tea are fine idea on a typical hot day.
But cooking them took me a long time, so I quit that job, I still prefer to do online work on the computer. I know I have many favourite desserts but this tofu pudding is the favourite of all favourites. In Vietnam, this dessert is commonly sold as street food. I guess this dessert originated in singapore because i bought singapore soya bean flour package and cooked tofu easily. This sweet treat has comforting flavors and textures–warm, smooth and delicate tofu pudding. This tofu is so soft, it melts in my mouth as soon as I put it on my tongue. Every bite slides down your throat with minimal effort making this dessert very addictive.I add a little ice and immediately have a bowl of tofu that is cool, easy to eat, light on the stomach.
This dessert is made from coagulated soy bean milk to form silken tofu and then generously topped with a sweet black pearl and milk cream. You can buy boba black pearls at the supermarket or your local Asian grocers, it is easily found in all countries. If you can't find it, you can buy tapioca starch flour, add black sugar and mold them into small balls, boil in boiling water (like the articles I showed you how to make ball pearls). I love the feeling of chewing black pearl, it's chewy and crunchy, sweet makes me want to chew and keep it in my tongue. Fresh milk and whipping cream are the broth for this dessert, it has a rich taste.
Are you curious why tofu is brown? they mixed cocoa with tofu, i tried matcha powder with tofu powder and this dessert was great.
Peach tea is used in the tropical region for quite a long time. This tea is especially famous in Vietnam as it lowers the effect of heat.
This is peach milk tea (includes tea, peach syrup, peach pieces and peach jelly)
Tea flavor gives the depth, lychee gives the sweet fragrant taste, milk imparts smoothness, peach pieces give a texture and the bubbles give it a unique mouth feels to this drink.
