Finally got myself something to munch on last night that part chocolate and part biscuit. I have already had the Cadbury Dairy Milk Orange Fingers and I was looking forward so try the mint ones. Read on to find out what I thought of them.
Cadbury Dairy Milk Mint Fingers
"Crisp Mint Flavoured Biscuits Covered with Cadbury Milk Chocolate."
When I opened the packet of fingers, I could smell the mint come off them. It was a nice smell. I was a little bit worried that they might be too minty and overpower the chocolate and the biscuit completely. I was wrong! These had the taste of mint and it was just the right amount. It wasn't too subtle that it just wavered in the background and it definitely didn't feel like you had an after dinner mint as opposed to a minty chocolate finger. The chocolate was that lovely Cadbury flavour with that delicious minty taste. The biscuit of the finger had a lovely snap to it too as with their Orange Fingers. I had a few fingers where I ate them as they should be and the rest... well I'm pretty sure I did this with the orange ones. I nibbled off the top and bottom and sucked my milk through it like a straw. Weird you might think. I really enjoyed the 'sogginess' of the biscuit. That's why us Brits dunk them right? Anyway, I really liked these a lot. I still think the orange ones were my favourite though.
A yummy minty finger. I wonder if Cadbury will make other flavours of fingers now. I'll have to keep my eyes peeled for them.
