Good morning my friends, first time I try cook something like this so i hope the results will be great . Let’s do the job together

Ingredients

4 large squid (1200 g total)
1 cup fresh diced tomatoes
2 cups grated feta
1/2 cup ξινομυζήθρα
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 sk. garlic melted
1 chopped green pepper
1 chopped yellow pepper
1 tbsp olive pulp
freshly ground pepper
a little salt

For the sauce

aromatic oil
fresh chopped basil
cherry tomatoes and arugula leaves for serving

Preparation

For the squid stuffed with feta, tomato and peppers, first clean the squid, wash them, make a small hole in the back with scissors (so that they get air when we fill them from the front) and leave them upside down to drain.

In a bowl, mix with a fork all the other ingredients until they come together. With a teaspoon, fill the squid one by one with the mixture of the bowl and close the opening with a toothpick.

Bake the squid on the grill for about 7 minutes on each side. Once cooked, pour over them with aromatic oil and fresh basil, which we have beaten in a thick sauce.

We can, if we want, bake the squid in the oven for 20-25΄, after first pouring the sauce over them. Served nicely with cherry tomatoes and arugula leaves.
