Sate Bakso Recipe Fried Butter Sauce Butter

Ingredients:

200 gr shrimp, peeled
250 gr tapioca flour
150 ml of ice water
1 tsp baking powder
1 egg
1 tablespoon sesame oil
4 cloves garlic
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper powder

How to make:

Finely blend the shrimp with ice water, garlic, salt, pepper, sesame oil and eggs. Stir well with tapioca flour, baking powder and salt.

Form of spherical meatballs. Fried meatballs with low heat, make sure the oil is not too hot so as not to erupt.
