The fruit of the coconut plant serves triple purpose. the fruit consist of kernel, a liquid and shell.
The coconut kernel is light brown In nature. it can be processed to aid cooking rice. this type of rice is called "coconut rice" . Coconut rice is crushing the kernel and squeezing out the milky nutrients from it using the product to cook. people also eat the kernel.
