Shashinda and Potato Curry with Yellow Daal

Today I'm gonna share with you the recipe of "Shashinda and Potato Curry with Yellow Daal"


Ingredients:

Shashinda
Yellow daal
Turmeric powder
Coriander powder
Cumin powder
Green chili
Garlic paste
Salt
Oil

Process:

Take a pan. Add daal and water. Add water as required to tendered the daal. Then add turmeric powder, cumin powder and coriander powder. Cook for 20 minutes. Time will required to tender the daal. When daal is well tendered add vegetables and green chili. Add salt too. Cover and cook. After 15 minutes check and garnish with coriander leaves.

Serve with bread or rice.

As simple as that!
