I just finished a 30.577km cycling that lasted about 0hh:56mm:8ss !
Possibly our last Wattbike session for the foreseeable future :( waitong for a statement from the British triathlon federation to see if all clubs need to cease activity. Current gov advice very vague!
Anyway, super tough session with lots of climbs and sprints. Felt physically sick at one point. Just over 19 miles in total and an average wattage of 126 which is good for small skinny me.
