Morning Run

I just finished a 6.851km running that lasted about 0hh:33mm:55ss !

Yesterday I dragged myself (20mins late) to a track session. We were doing intervals of running at 5k pace followed by walking/slow jog active recovery.
After Saturdays cross country 9 miler my 5k pace was significantly slower than my usual!
I wore my new compression socks which i do think really help with muscle soreness & i’ve ordered some 2XU leggings for this weekends 15miler.
We went for coffee & bacon rolls afterwards which was my real motivation for attending :)
