Die Menschen in Berlin werden es langsam leid in den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln die Masken zu tragen und deswegen hatte der Berliner Senat ein Bussgeld bis zu 500.- Euro eingeführt.
Weiterhin setzen ca. 25% einfach keine Maske in der Bahn auf und ca. 30% tragen keine am Bahnsteig.
Etwa 400 000 Menschen sind am Tag ohne Maske unterwegs.
Theoretisch wird es teuer aber in der Praxis nicht.
Die Berliner Polizei darf nur in Bus, Tram und U-Bahn kontrollieren.
In der S-Bahn ist die Bundespolizei zuständig und die macht bei dem Kontrollspiel nicht mit.
"In Bus, Tram und U-Bahn kontrolliert die Polizei deshalb stichprobenartig. In der S-Bahn soll das nach Willen des Senats die Bundespolizei übernehmen.„Wir machen keine konkreten Kontrollen, weil das nicht in unserer Zuständigkeit liegt“, sagt aber eine Sprecherin. „Wenn wir jemanden ohne Maske sehen, fordern wir auf, eine zu tragen, ziehen aber keine Bußgelder ein.“
Sie betont: „Für die Durchsetzung der Eindämmungsverordnung sind die Länder Berlin und Brandenburg zuständig.“

Ja nur dumm dass sich sowas nicht ordentlich kontrollieren lässt.
Merkwürdig ist auch dass das dem Berliner Senat nicht gleich am Anfang aufgefallen ist.

Die Maskenpflicht lässt sich einfach nicht durchsetzen.

People in Berlin are getting tired of wearing the masks in public transport and therefore the Berlin Senate introduced a fine of up to 500 Euros.
Furthermore about 25% simply don't wear a mask on the train and about 30% don't wear one on the platform.
About 400,000 people a day are on the road without a mask.
Theoretically it will be expensive but not in practice.
The Berlin police is only allowed to check buses, trams and subways.
In the S-Bahn, the Federal Police is responsible and they don't take part in the control game.
"On buses, trams and subways, police will conduct random checks. In the S-Bahn, the Senate wants the federal police to take over: "We don't make any concrete checks because that's not our responsibility," says a spokeswoman. "If we see someone without a mask, we ask them to wear one, but we don't collect fines."
She stresses: "The states of Berlin and Brandenburg are responsible for enforcing the containment ordinance."

It's silly that this can't be properly controlled.
It's also strange that the Berlin Senate didn't notice it at first.

The mask duty simply can not be enforced.
