Dear Hivians,
this is a short impression this evening from Düsseldorf at Germany - a few hours before the lockdown of our society for the next 4 weeks by the german dictatorship.
The campus of the Heinrich-Heine University ist empty as it was in the past 8 months. Libraries are closed. Nobody is working. No Science - No future. Socialism has devasting effects to science and future prospects of the country.
At Düsseldorf Bilk - now with duty to wear a mask - only a few people are walking - some of them without any mask at all.
This pictures was made at the Ex-headquarter of West-LB, a german Federal Bank of North Rhine Westfalia, which gone bankrupt at 2008 financial crisis with a loss of billions of Euro to german tax payers - destroying a lot of wealth of the german society and future generations.
A few cars with toxic carbon emissions are cruising through the City. Now I am sitting at the blue zone of Königsalleein the center of the City.
