Hi all,
Incredible news that is certainly not being covered by mainstream news outlets - neither in Canada, and barely elsewhere.
This news has to do with a case whereby an ordinary citizen named Patrick King from Alberta had been issued a fine of $1,200 for violating the Alberta Public Health Act for being in a group larger than 10 on December 5, 2020 in Red Deer, Alberta.
King decided to contest the fine and he opted to self-represent in court.
First trial on May 4, 2021
The trial took place on May 4, 2021 in the provincial Court of Alberta (HER MAJESTY THE QUEEN v. PATRICK KING). You can read the full transcript; here are just a few notable highlights (screenshots):
This first screenshot is just to show how strange things can be in a court of law; here, the acting judge refers to the current proceeding as a "quasi-criminal trial" which is a bit puzzling, but worth pointing out (for whatever it may signify).
But here are the much more important parts:
Here, the accused, Patrick King, had assumed he could call his witness at the proceeding. But the judge asked if he had subpoenaed her which he replied that he had not. What is noteworthy here (apart from Mr. King not being familiar with the judicial process) is the person he wishes to call as a witness, namely Dr. Deena Hinshaw who is Alberta’s Chief Medical Officer of Health.
King then asks the judge:
basically asking for the court to adjourn so he can properly subpoena her. The judge then proceeds to hear his basis for this request along with the Crown's position on the matter.

The basis is I want to know the person that I actually victimized. Deena Hinshaw basically created the Health Act. Hence I was to ask her, you know, how I personally affected her under this Health Act, and basically ask how I violated her code of conduct under the Health Act.
Brilliant! Not so shabby for a common man who is self-representing himself in a court of law.
Note that if I am not mistaken the Alberta Public Health Act can be found at CanLII under Public Health Act, RSA 2000, c P-37.
The trial proceeds for a while and at the end, Mr. King requests the subpoena again:
Mr. King is granted his request with, very notably and perhaps surprisingly, no resistance from the Crown (prosecutor) who is named Ms. Kai. (She's probably in big 'effin trouble now!)
Follow-up trial on July 24, 2021
While the court transcript does not appear to be available at this time of writing, what transpired was truly remarkable.
Though several [somewhat misleading] articles (such as Freedom Fighter Court VICTORY! Ends Masking, Shots, Quarantine in Alberta! and Alberta to phase out ‘extraordinary’ COVID-19 measures like testing, masking, quarantines) mention that Mr. King had requested proof of the isolation of the SARS-COV2 virus from Dr. Deena Hinsha (something I did not find in the transcript of the first trial) it does indeed appear that this was requested by the brave patriot. His rationale was that which would give her the science to back the Alberta Public Health Act.

But, as the Crown was unable to provide such evidence, this meant that the justification for the draconian measures imposed on Albertans (such as quarantines, mask mandates, vaccinations, etc.) were totally unjustified and had no judicial foundation or merit whatsoever! [note: this paragraph was updated to reflect more accurate information that was made available.]
Needless to say the repercussions and potential impact and after-effects the outcome of this case could have on other Canadian provinces, and states and provinces from other countries, is significant to say the least.
Crickets about this case from mainstream media
As Mr. King has recently stated, his voice is completely silenced by Facebook and Google.
And we don't see/hear a peep from the CBC or CTV - Canada's two major national broadcast networks which leads us to believe that they have been in on this Covid-19 scam from day one.

Addendum: Mr. Patrick King did not win the court case, but his "victory", rather, is in the fact that the Crown was unable to provide material evidence of the isolation of the virus. And, it is indeed a victory in that it may lead to additional court cases whereby these government officials responsible for enacting these mandates will have to present themselves in court and provide said justification and evidence which at the moment they do not have. While I doubt many courts will be as willing as was the situation in Mr. King's trial, people will undoubtedly learn more about facts pertinent to the real state of affairs. With regards to when the transcript of the second session becomes available, Mr. King mentions that more information will come to light about the exchanges which will benefit others who have court cases pending surrounding this same Covid-19 affair.

Final Thoughts
I get the feeling this impactful news and landmark case (one for the ages and history books!) will be mostly ignored by the mainstream media in the coming days and weeks. These complicit parasites along with their handlers are scared shitless that their faux narrative is falling apart at the seams, people are no longer trusting them, and their power-grabs and looting and murder are proving much too ambitious.
Therefore, it will be up to all of us to disseminate this far and wide. So, I implore you to do so. Please re-blog here on Hive and repost on any social media you think won't censor it.
If a common citizen like Patrick King can do this, any one of us can do so in our own respective and repressive jurisdiction to accelerate the end of this folly of the century that is the fabricated Covid-19 pandemic.
