Hey guys,
one week ago I told you about my friend Brittas' project to support women in need in South Africa. I also told you to help out and donate directly or show some love to the post, as I would donate also all the HBD made by that post!
In case you missed it:
Britta has a hiking group, where she lives in Cape Town and managed with them, that they will take a hike to create awareness for the topic of breast cancer on the 10th of April.
They will climb the mountain together with almost 50 women, dressed up and wrapped in pink and glitter 👙. They will have photographers with them, and they were even able to get a marketing company on board, who then organize a few social media posts for them 📸
But what is much more important: They want to support the so-called Flamingo Project in Cape Town and provide funds for women who cannot afford examination or treatment 😞 Their goal is R100,000 - that's just about EUR 6,000. With this they could finance vital surgery for 25 women.
Of course, the project is still running, so you can still help out in case you have missed it! - And of course, I will also fund anything that this post makes, as those people need any penny they can get!
Many of you asked me, if I can show you some of the photos and videos, once the hike will be done this weekend! - The Answer is yes!! Next week I will tell you all about it!
But now to the main reason of this post!

My announcement post made 20.854 HBD, which at today's price is about 27EUR.-27 EUR are about 32USD at today's rate: So I donated 32US to the project in the name of the Hive Community!!
