Recipe for soft bread buns

SO I have been trying to make my own bread lately (pandemic hobby) and have been very successful with this recipe. So I thought I would share it with you!

Needed:
500 grams of flour (just plain flour will do the trick)
30 gr of butter
330 ml of milk
7 grams (1 sachet) of dried yeast
1 tablespoon of sugar
5 grams salt

Melt the butter on the stove. Add all ingredients together and start mixing until its formed a non sticky ball. If it is still a bit too wet, just add a bit more flour.

Then spread some flour on your worktop to prevent sticking and kneed the dough for at least 10 minutes. After those ten minutes you should have a ball of dough that is quite elastic and not sticky. Put the dough in a bowl, cover with a moist tea towel and leave to rise for an hour at a warm spot in your home.

After an hour the dough should have doubled in size. Pound the dough to take the air bubbles out and divide in 12 pieces and roll them into buns. Put the buns on the baking tray, cover them with the moist tea towel and let them rise some more. After about 30-45mins put them in a preheated oven on 225 (hot air) for about 15 minutes.

Variations: you can also add some oregano and sundried tomatoes (finely diced) to add a bit more of a savory flavor.
