Today I was online from mid morning until, I had lunch and went out to a beach near where I live with a friend, we were talking for a while, it was almost 6 pm when I returned home, the road was quiet and I noticed that there were some people walking and exercising when I was coming back, I noticed that the waves on the beach were a little stronger than the last time I went, breathing sea air and walking a good stretch helped me to clear my mind a little, and of course to exercise, it is good to keep in good physical condition, especially in these times of pandemic.
