Hello everyone!
I was on a walk in the evening, after the rain. Roman snails were very abundant on the trails, in the grass. Apparently snails like rain. Of course, snails are more active at twilight and at night than during the day. During the day they crawl out in cloudy weather or after rain.
Helix pomatia
This large mollusk seems so cute to some people. I watched as the snail searched for feed.
A large land gastropod gastropod mollusk of the lung type with a large round brown shell.
Helix pomatia (Roman Snail) sensed my presence and so it often hid in its shell.
Still, I managed to take shots and capture her movement in search of something tasty.
The snail was showing off its tentacles.
The front of the snail's body. Apparently it's mouth.
Overcame an obstacle - a blade of grass!
Crawling fast!
Hiding from me behind a blade of grass. 😂
I did capture the shell.
Wow, are those eyes or tentacles?
The snail has found its feed
What is this snail action?
The snail is happy!
Hope you enjoyed your walk and had fun!
Have a nice walk, everyone!
